Few brand founders can claim to have the same passion and expertise for their industry as the late Dr Ron Hill did. Shortly after winning the Boston Marathon in 1970 in record time, he created ‘Ronhill’ with the sole purpose to: design kit that kept him winning. And winning he did, setting World Records at multiple distances.

A PhD in textile chemistry helped him design innovations such as the ‘side-split short’ and ‘mesh vest’ now a common sight in running. He ran at least a mile everyday for an incredible 52 years and 39 days before a heart condition reluctantly made him take a break.

Inspired by their founder, Ronhill continue to make innovative, quality products for runners around the world.
