UK Shipping post Brexit:Shipping Costs are a flat €10 for most items to accomodate extra charges on our side for customs. If your order is under £135 / 150 euro, will need to pay VAT to us - our current (UK produced) e-commerce system does not have a way of distinguishing. You may need to pay import duties to the courier on items that you receive, if they are manufactured outside of the EU or UK (most items). For all orders over £135 / €150:
1. We will refund the VAT that you have paid to us (if any - e.g. kids helmets have 0 VAT). You will be charged 20% import VAT before delivery.
2. Any import duty will be calculated by UK Customs and charged by the courier (usually DPD) before delivery - For bikes this is 14%; Sports footwear 16.9%; SUP boards / Turbo Trainers 2.7% and neoprene wetsuits are 8%. A text / email link will generally be sent to you.
3. There will be a small admin fee from DPD - around £4.50 / £5 (UPS and FedEx charge a far higher fee).
Please be aware that we set a standard price to the UK, but if you are ordering from a very remote area of the country, we may need to agree a shipping surcharge with you before we can accept the order. We will be in touch with details if this arises - but you will likely know if this applies to your location !
Shipping to Mainland Europe
Orders outside of Ireland incur an extra shipping charge, depending on location and total cost, and this will be shown at checkout. All EU destinations are subsidised, and further if the order goes above €100. We often use the National Courier to ship smaller items and DPD to ship bikes within Europe. Please be aware that we set standard prices, but if you are ordering from a very remote area, we may need to agree a shipping surcharge with you before we can accept the order. We will be in touch with details if this arises.
Bikes sent outside of Ireland will be sent as we receive them from the supplier to prevent the chances of the bike being damaged in transit. This will mean the bike will have to be assembled professionally on arrival before use.
We subsidise shipping as much as possible, whilst using reputable shipping companies to try to ensure the best and safest possible delivery to you.
Delivery Schedule
We despatch your order within 24 hours (standard shipping days, Monday - Friday) where items are in stock (note that occasionally there may be an error on our online stock display). Should you choose AnPost as your shipping method, orders received before 10 am that are in stock will usually be despatched on the same day. However, should you choose DPD as your shipping method, you must order before 9 am for same day despatch to be possible due to their early collection. Bikes or other items that need to be processed have a lead time. Sometimes card processing security checks need to be satisfied.
Overnight tracked delivery is used for Ireland and Northern Ireland. 48 hour delivery as standard to the UK mainland (e.g. if we despatch Monday, you will usually receive Wednesday). International orders within Europe are generally received in under 7 working days, but can take up to 3 weeks. Orders outside of Europe are currently taking 3-5 weeks. Please note that the couriers will not guarantee the above delivery times but they hold true almost always. Gift Vouchers are posted using An Post and an email is sent, they are not sent tracked by courier. We will email an invoice to you when your order has been accepted, processed, and packaged for the courier.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Brexit
Delivery to the UK has changed since January 1st 2021 due to the UK's departure from The EU.
We will be sending all UK orders using DPD. Should your order exceed £135/€150 we will refund the 23% VAT you paid at checkout, however you will be eligible to pay: 20% UK VAT prior to delivery. any duty payable (eg 8% for wetsuits, 14% running shoes etc) plus a £5 admin fee to DPD.
Please note that the only currency we can accept is Euro, and if you are paying in GBP, you will likely be subject to a foreign exchange fee by your bank. Due to these bank fees, in the event of a refund, this will mean that the exact amount you spent in your currency will not be received back into your bank account. Paypal usually avoids this and you may receive the same amount back as you spent.
