Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 working days for a refund less the cost to us of shipping the goods to you initially. Your refund will be paid within 15 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or if we have sent you an incorrect item.

Any goods returned must be in the same perfect condition as when purchased (including their packaging). Some items cannot be accepted for return due to safety or hygiene reasons - Cycle Helmets, sunglasses, underwear, and socks are included in this category. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but you must not have used or installed them or input any data on them (electrical items).

If we send out an order and it is returned due to non-delivery for any reason, we will refund the item but not the shipping amount paid for the order. This includes 3rd party or P.O. Box delivery addresses. Should the order be refused by the company it is considered the equivalent of the customer rejecting it themselves.

If you are returning from outside of the EU, and if we have to pay any charges to receive the item that is returned, you agree that this will be deductable from your refund. We recommend that you state the item is a "Product Return" so that no customs charges should be levied before arrival at the shop. You are fully responsible for any return you send to us until we receive it. Please use a tracked delivery method for your own peace of mind.

If you are returning to us in Republic of Ireland, we have partnered up with An Post to make returns easier. You can create a return on this page and use it to create a label / drop off to an An Post collection area (subsidised cost of €7) or have a parcel collected from your home (€8.50): https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. Suppose any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law. In that case, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

The business is based in the Republic of Ireland and the currency is Euro. We can process directly in Euro only. If you have paid with a bank card based in another currency, you may be subject to transaction fees and exchange rates that are outside of our control. If you then need a refund, we will refund the amount required, but due to currency fluctuations and bank fees, you may not see the exact amount returned to your bank account.

If you cancel an order while it is in transit to you, you will be charged a minimum of €7.50 to cover the cost of the return shipping (this is for orders in Ireland). The cost will be higher outside of Ireland. We promise that we will only charge you the actual cost to us, there will be no further surcharge. This cost will be deducted from any refund due for the item(s) returned.

Photograph of the product and the issue (if there is a problem that could be shown by the photo such as a stitching issue).

If you are emailing, we will contact you to find out more information about the issue before you send the goods back to us. You will need to pay return postage to us, we will pay the postage of the replaced/repaired item back to you.

All returns to The Edge Sports either by post or to our shop MUST be in a clean condition or for Health and Safety reasons the returns manager will not be able to accept them.

In the ELEMNT Companion App, enter a destination, address, or point of interest and generate a route with turn-by-turn directions and sync it to the ELEMNT BOLT via Bluetooth.

RETRACE ROUTE
Either directly on the ELEMNT BOLT or in the ELEMNT Companion App, selecting Retrace Route will provide turn-by-turn directions to route you back to the starting point of your ride by reversing the route you just rode.

SAVED LOCATIONS
Save your favorite locations either directly on the ELEMNT BOLT or in the ELEMNT Companion App so you can easily generate a route on the fly and get turn-by-turn directions to your frequently visited spots.

GET ME STARTED (NAVIGATION TO START OF THE ROUTE)
Get Me Started is an on-device navigation feature that will give you turn-by-turn directions to the starting point of your route. When selected, ELEMNT BOLT will create a route for you; just follow the blue chevrons and when you reach your planned route, the chevrons will turn black

BACK ON TRACK (ON-DEMAND REROUTING)
Back on Track is an on-device navigation feature that will reroute you with turn-by-turn directions. If you take a wrong turn or veer off course, the ELEMNT BOLT will show blue chevrons directing you back to your planned route, and the chevrons will turn black when you are back on track.

ROUTE TO START (SHORTEST ROUTE)
Route to Start is an on-device navigation feature that will find the shortest way back to the start of your ride and create turn-by-turn directions. No need to follow the same route back home!

MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAIL INTEGRATIONS
Automatically sync your To-Do List from MTB Project and your Wishlist from Singletracks to your ELEMNT over WiFi or Bluetooth.

AUTOMATIC ROUTE DOWNLOADS & WORKOUT UPLOADS
When synced with compatible accounts (Strava, Ride With GPS, Best Bike Split, Komoot, MTB Project, SingleTracks), your saved routes will be automatically & wirelessly downloaded to the ELEMNT BOLT. Completed rides will automatically upload to all authorized third-party accounts.

ROUTE SYNC VIA BLUETOOTH
